Observations

Found variable conditions while skiing below Paulina Peak's chutes (6830', 43.695391, -121.258151, 307deg NW, 30deg slope below trees). Dug a full pit to investigate further. Total Depth: 130cm.

Obs results (with replicates):
Compression Tests: CTM 12, resistant planar @ 90cm (40cm from surface); CTH 25, resistant planar @ 90cm
Extended Column Tests: ECTN 26 @ 90cm, ECTN 19 @ 90cm; ECTN 29 @ 50cm (soft, buried surface hoar(?) layer bounded by 2 ice layers); did not propagate.
